Mary Jo, is a seasoned dental hygienist with over 24 years of experience, she brings a holistic and modern approach to oral health care. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, she graduated from dental hygiene school in 2000, laying the foundation for her extensive career in the field.

In 2019, Mary Jo relocated to Northwest Arkansas, where she continues to pursue her passion for holistic dentistry. As a member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), she stays at the forefront of integrative dental practices. Currently, Mary Jo is working towards her IAOMT dental hygiene accreditation demonstrating her commitment to continuous professional growth.

Mary Jo’s patient care philosophy aligns with the principles of biological dentistry, which considers the entire body when treating the oral cavity.  She routinely uses ozone to safely enhance clinical outcomes in periodontal care and cavity prevention.

Mary Jo's certified in administering Vitamin C IV infusions which provides numerous advantages for patients:

With over two decades of experience in dental hygiene, Mitzy Jones brings a unique blend of traditional and holistic approaches to oral health care. Originally from Panama, Central America, Mitzy is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Her integrative approach combines modern dental practices with natural remedies, offering patients comprehensive care that addresses both oral and overall health.

She routinely uses ozone to safely enhance clinical outcomes in periodontal care and cavity prevention. 

Passionate about holistic dentistry, Mitzy joined our practice to help patients improve their overall health and wellbeing through optimal oral care. She believes in treating the whole person, not just their teeth, and educates patients on the connection between oral health and systemic wellness.

Mitzy's expertise in orofacial massage for TMJ disorders sets her apart in the field of dental hygiene. She employs a range of specialized techniques to alleviate TMJ- related pain and discomfort:

• Myofascial release: Focusing on the fascia surrounding the jaw to reduce pain and enhance function
• Trigger point therapy: Addressing specific points of tension to relieve TMJ symptoms

These techniques help patients experience reduced pain, improved jaw alignment, and enhanced overall oral function.

Autumn Bennett brings over 15 years of invaluable experience in the dentistry field as the office manager at Integrated Dentistry. Known for her passion in connecting with patients and fostering a caring environment for both her team and patients, Autumn’s dedication shines through in all aspects of her work.

A loving mother of four, she treasures family time and enjoys outdoor escapades such as lake activities, hunting, and photography. With a strong educational background in marketing, graphic design, and photography, Autumn’s diverse skill set, and creative talents make her an essential asset to the team at Integrated Dentistry.
